ZuPreem FruitBlend Flavor is a complete daily pellet food for extra small birds, made in a tiny pellet for canaries and finches.

Pellet size is the whole point of this version. A canary cannot physically manage a cockatiel pellet, so a bird offered the wrong size will simply not eat it. These are milled small enough for a finch to pick up and crack.

Every pellet carries the same complete nutrition, which matters especially for small birds that would otherwise live on a millet-heavy seed mix and miss most of what they need. Real orange, apple, grape and banana make it something they will actually take.

Key Features

  • Complete daily food for extra small birds: canaries and finches
  • Tiny pellet size, manageable for a finch beak
  • Real fruit: oranges, apples, grapes and bananas in the recipe
  • 14% protein with added lysine and methionine
  • Every pellet is nutritionally complete, so no selective feeding
  • Vitamin D at 500 IU/kg and vitamin E at 60 IU/kg

Feeding Guide

Bird Daily Amount
Canaries and finches 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • Feed daily as the foundation of your bird's diet.
  • Keep fresh food and water available at all times.
  • Discard uneaten food before each feeding.
  • Converting from seed: mix a small proportion of pellets into the seed and increase gradually over several weeks. Small birds have very little reserve, so never starve one onto a new food and weigh it regularly during the switch.

  • Gently push the air from the bag and reseal after each use.

Allergen information: manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
