How do I join?
Joining is free. Create an account on our store or download The Pets Club app β€” your Pawsome Point membership and rewards wallet are set up right away, and you get 100 bonus points to start.
How are points earned?
You earn 3–5 Pawsome Points per AED depending on your tier (3 on Bronze, 4 on Silver, 5 on Gold), plus 100 points at signup, a 200-point birthday bonus, and 50 points for following or sharing us on social. 100 points = AED 1.
How do I redeem rewards?
Redeem at checkout: 500 points for AED 5 off, 1,000 points for AED 10 off or free shipping, or apply points to any order at 100 points = AED 1.
