Easy returns for you and your furry friends.
We will accept return/exchange requests for items that are unopened, unused, with original tags intact, and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. Must be in original packaging and condition.
Exempt items: perishable goods, intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.
Additional non-returnable items: sale items, opened/used pet food or treats, opened/used pet healthcare products, used/damaged accessories, items without original or damaged tags.
Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged/missing parts not due to our error, or returned after 14 days.
After inspection, you'll receive an email about approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued as gift vouchers or points to use on your next order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email support@thepetsclub.ae to arrange exchange for the same item.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part. Due to courier pricing, return shipping may cost more than the original delivery.
