The Mendota Pet Glucosamine 2X with Chondroitin is a double-strength chewable hip and joint supplement for dogs, combining glucosamine with chondroitin.

  • Per 3 g tablet: glucosamine HCl 500 mg (shellfish source), yucca schidigera 90 mg, chondroitin sulfate 60 mg (porcine source), vitamin C 58 mg, vitamin E 60 IU
  • Mendota Pet says it helps maintain joint flexibility and supports healthy cartilage and joints
  • For dogs over 12 weeks of age

Daily Amount (Per Pack)

  • Up to 10 lb (4.5 kg): 1/2 tablet
  • 11–39 lb (5–18 kg): 1 tablet
  • 40–79 lb (18–36 kg): 1 1/2 tablets
  • 80 lb (36 kg) and over: 2 tablets
  • Double the amount for the first 3 weeks, then return to the amounts above

Good To Know

  • Give during or after a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset
  • Safe use in pregnant or breeding animals has not been proven, per the label
  • If lameness worsens, stop use and contact your vet
  • Contains shellfish and pork-derived ingredients
  • A supplement, not a treatment — ask your vet about ongoing stiffness or limping
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets; in case of accidental overdose, contact a vet
