AccountNot great - there are countless times the treats don't come out of the unit - unless the ball is dropped from a height to make that happen. My dog ripped the ball apart in ten minutes, wasn't sturdy at all and now we have a treat dispenser with no ball and its in a cupboard. Only for teeny tiny dogs that don't chew.
