Description
The Catit Magic Blue Refill Pads are replacement filter pads for the Catit Magic Blue litter box air purifier cartridge.
Key Features
- Drop-in pads for the Catit Magic Blue cartridge
- Catit says the pads absorb and hold up to 80% of ammonia, and cut faecal odour by around 40% depending on diet
- Catit says they absorb roughly 25 times more ammonia gas than an activated carbon filter
- Non-toxic
How To Use
- Open the Magic Blue cartridge, take out the used pads and slot in the new ones.
- Clip the cartridge back into the lid of a hooded litter box.
- Catit's guide is to replace the pads roughly every 30 days.
Good To Know
- This is a refill. You need the Magic Blue cartridge, sold separately, for it to work.
- A filter reduces smell, it doesn't replace daily scooping or a full litter change.
- A tray that smells strongly of ammonia within a day or two usually means it needs changing more often, or that a cat's urine has changed - worth a vet check.
- Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
