Flexi Multi Box Treat & Bag Holder for Retractable Leads

The Flexi Multi Box Treat & Bag Holder for Retractable Leads is a small black box that slides into the slot moulded into a flexi lead, holding either training treats or a standard roll of poop bags.

Key Features

• Slots into the accessory channel built into the lead, so there is nothing to strap on and nothing to come loose
• Holds treats, or a standard poop-bag roll with an opening in the base to pull bags out one at a time
• Opens from either side, so it works whichever hand you hold the lead in
• Fits flexi New Comfort, New Classic, New Neon, Black Design and Xtreme leads in sizes S, M and L
• Made in Germany by flexi, part of Bogdahn International in Bargteheide, which invented the retractable dog lead and has been building them since 1973

Using It

• Slide it into the channel on the underside of the handle until it clicks
• For bags, drop a standard roll in and feed the first bag through the hole in the base
• For treats, use something dry. Anything greasy will make the box unpleasant within a week
• Take it out and wash it now and again — it is the part of a lead nobody thinks to clean

Good To Know

• It does not fit the XS size, and it does not fit the Giant or Style ranges. Check which lead you have before ordering
• Adding weight to the handle end changes the balance of the lead slightly. Most people stop noticing after a walk or two
• Treats in the handle are genuinely useful for recall practice, which is the thing a retractable lead does not teach on its own
• The previous description was mostly about flexi's leads rather than about the box itself
