You earn 5 Pawsome Points for every AED 1 spent on full-price items, whatever your points tier. Discounted items, delivery and the membership itself do not earn. 100 points are worth AED 1.

Show your Pro membership QR code when you use a member offer at any TPC Pro partner and you earn 25 Pawsome Points for the visit. One earning visit per partner per day, up to 150 points a month; further visits still get the discount. Points show as pending in the Pro app straight away and reach your Pawsome Points balance after a 48-hour holding period. For Pro+ members.

It adds up the delivery fees you did not pay on orders placed while your Pro+ membership was active, and the extra cashback points the membership earned you, at 100 points to AED 1. Orders that were cancelled or refunded do not count, and nor does an order that would have had free delivery anyway.

The membership renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, charged to the card you subscribed with. You can change the card any time from this screen.

From this screen, in one tap. Your benefits stay on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Make sure you are signed in with the email you subscribed with. If the fee still shows a few minutes after joining, message us on WhatsApp and we will put it right.
