Frequently asked questions

Are these a complete food?
No. They are supplementary treats and should be fed alongside a complete, balanced diet. Keep treats to around 10% of daily intake.

Can dogs eat the cat treats, and the other way round?
Several recipes are the same product in different pack sizes, and the Chicken and Cod Fish analyses are identical across both ranges. That said, buy the pack labelled for your animal, as portion guidance differs.

Do they need refrigerating?
No. Store unopened in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, press the air out before resealing to keep the pieces crisp.

Can I rehydrate them?
Yes. A little warm water softens the pieces, which helps older pets and those with dental issues, and makes any of these work as a food topper.
