The Aqua Ocean SPS Premium Marine Salt Bucket 20kg is a reef salt made for SPS hard coral aquariums, with raised calcium, magnesium and strontium plus trace elements, vitamins and amino acids.

  • Formulated for SPS (small polyp stony) hard corals
  • Calcium, magnesium and strontium, with a wide range of trace elements
  • Enriched with vitamins including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and C, plus amino acids
  • Free from nitrates, phosphates and silicates
  • 20kg makes about 600 litres of saltwater

How To Use

  • Add about 1kg of salt to 30 litres of RO or dechlorinated water.
  • Mix with a pump or powerhead until fully dissolved and let the water settle before use.
  • Check salinity with a refractometer or hydrometer, and match temperature to the tank before a water change.

Good To Know

  • Never add dry salt straight into a tank with livestock.
  • Keep the lid closed and the salt dry — it absorbs moisture and can clump.
