The Bayer Advantix Spot-On Flea & Tick Treatment is a monthly spot-on for dogs that kills fleas and repels and kills ticks, sand flies, mosquitoes and biting flies.

  • Active ingredients: imidacloprid and permethrin
  • Kills fleas, including larvae in the dog's surroundings
  • Repels and kills ticks, and repels sand flies, mosquitoes and stable flies
  • Treats chewing lice
  • For dogs and puppies from 7 weeks of age

Dose by Weight

  • Under 4kg: 0.4ml pipette
  • 4-10kg: 1ml pipette
  • 10-25kg: 2.5ml pipette
  • Over 25kg: 4ml pipette

How To Use

  • Part the fur between the shoulder blades and apply the pipette directly onto the skin. For dogs over 10kg, spread the dose over 3-4 spots along the back to the base of the tail.
  • Reapply every 4 weeks.
  • Avoid bathing or swimming for 48 hours after application.

Available in: 0.4ml (under 4kg), 1ml (4-10kg), 2.5ml (10-25kg) and 4ml (over 25kg)

Important Safety Information

  • DOGS ONLY — Advantix contains permethrin, which is extremely toxic to cats and can be fatal. Keep treated dogs away from cats until the application site is dry.
  • A veterinary medicine. Always read the leaflet and follow the dose for your pet's weight, or your vet's advice.
  • Do not use on puppies under 7 weeks or dogs under 1.5kg.
  • Keep out of reach of children and wash your hands after use.
