The Chris Christensen Smart Rinse All Coat Concentrated Conditioner for Dogs and Cats is the plain conditioner from Chris Christensen's Smart Rinse line: fragrance-free, dye-free and oil-free, for dogs and cats with sensitive or allergy-prone skin.
Key Features
- No added fragrance and no added dyes.
- Oil-free, so it conditions and softens without leaving a greasy film or flattening the coat.
- For sensitive and allergy-prone skin, on all coat types.
- Deeply conditions and moisturises, and soothes dry, irritated skin.
- Dilutes up to 8:1.
- 473 ml or 3.8 L.
- Made in the USA.
How To Use
- Dilute up to 8:1 - roughly 125 ml into 1 litre of warm water.
- After shampooing, work it through the coat and leave it a few minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Good To Know
- This is an 8:1 concentrate. Dilute it before use - roughly 125 ml into 1 litre of warm water - rather than applying it neat.
- This is the plain one in the Smart Rinse line. If you want the de-shedding version, that is Smart Rinse De-Shed - same line, different job.
- The 3.8 litre bottle is the professional size and weighs around 4 kg full. The Chris Christensen gallon pump fits it if you would rather not pour.
- Dry, flaky or irritated skin that does not settle with a gentle conditioner needs a vet. Allergies, mites and yeast all look like dry skin at first.
- Avoid the eyes. If any gets in, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. For external use only.
- If your pet has sensitive skin or has reacted to a product before, test a little on a small patch first and stop using it if you see redness, itching or scurf.
- Rinse until the water runs completely clear. Conditioner left in the coat is one of the most common causes of itching after a bath.
- Dry thoroughly - skin folds, ears, armpits and between the toes. A coat left damp in UAE humidity is how hot spots and yeast get started.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- This is a grooming product, not a treatment. Persistent itching, scratching, hair loss, scabs, a smell or a rash point to a skin problem - fleas, allergies, mites or infection - and need a vet rather than a different product.
