Description
The Dayang Dog House (085) is the teal version of Dayang's 085 kennel - a moulded plastic dog house with a pitched roof, a grille door and castors underneath.
Key Features
- Solid plastic shell, so the dog gets a proper enclosed den rather than an open cage.
- Pitched roof with a side vent and a grille panel in the doorway.
- Castors underneath for moving and cleaning beneath it.
- 63.5 cm long, 46 cm wide, 58.5 cm high - for small breeds.
- Hoses down, which is the practical argument for plastic over fabric or wicker.
Available in: Dayang also lists the same 085 kennel with a pink roof.
Good To Know
- Do not leave a dog in this outdoors in UAE heat. Shade is not enough - an enclosed space in a UAE summer reaches lethal temperatures within minutes, and dogs shed heat far less efficiently than people do.
- Indoors, put it where the family passes rather than in a spare room. A den works only if the dog can retreat and still see what is happening.
- Measure the dog rather than going by breed. It needs to stand without ducking, turn round and lie flat on its side.
- Plastic is chewable. A determined puppy will start on the door edge, so check it and interrupt the habit early.
- Take the collar off before the dog goes in.
