Description
The KW Zone Dophin FC-601 is a slim-profile internal filter built for aquariums where space inside the tank is at a premium. At only 6.5 cm deep it sits flat against the back glass rather than intruding into the swimming area, which is the main reason to choose this shape over a conventional cylindrical internal filter.
Key Features
- 650–670 L/h output.
- Slim 6.5 cm profile that mounts flush to the tank wall.
- Large flat surface area for filter media relative to the space it occupies.
- Fully submersible, with no external hoses or priming required.
- Mechanical and biological filtration in a single unit.
Technical Specifications

| Output | 650–670 L/h |
| Dimensions | 39 cm high x 20 cm wide x 6.5 cm deep |
| Installation | Submersible, internal |
Setup & Maintenance
Mount the unit fully below the water line against the back or side glass, with the outlet just under the surface. Rinse media in tank water rather than tap water to protect the bacterial colony. Never run the filter out of water.
Safety
- Disconnect from the mains before removing the filter from the tank or servicing it.
- The unit must remain fully submerged while running.
- For indoor aquarium use only.
