MP Bergamo Micia Hop-In Top Entry Cat Litter Box 58 x 38 x 40 cm

The Micia Hop-In works the other way round from a hooded box. There is no door; the cat steps up and in through an oval hole in the lid, and the litter that comes out on its paws drops through the perforated panel beside the hole and back into the tub. It measures 58 x 38 x 40 cm.

Key Features

• Oval entry hole in the lid, with no door and no flap.
• Perforated panel beside the hole catches litter off the paws.
• Deep tapered tub, 58 x 38 x 40 cm.
• Lid clips at the corners and lifts straight off.
• Scoop hooks onto the outside of the tub.

Whether Top Entry Suits Your Cat

• It is the most effective answer to a cat that kicks litter out.
• It contains spraying, because the walls are the full height of the box.
• It asks for a jump up and a drop down, so it does not suit kittens, old cats, or anything arthritic or overweight.

Good To Know

• Litter depth matters more here than in an open tray. Too shallow and the drop lands on bare plastic.
• It needs headroom above it as well as floor under it. Measure the shelf, not just the gap.
• This box is listed twice on the site under two spellings of Micia.
