How Self-Warming Actually Works

• There is no element and nothing to plug in. A metalised layer under the padding reflects your cat's own body heat back at them, so the bed only warms up once the cat has been sitting in it a while.

Keeping It Clean

• The cover unzips and goes in the machine. Wash it cool and let it dry right through, because padding that goes back damp will smell within a week.
