Description
Duvo+ Bathing Sand is a very soft, natural bathing sand for chinchillas, degus and gerbils. Rolling in it soaks up excess oil from the fur and keeps the coat clean.
Key Features
- Dust-Free: a soft sand with evenly sized grains, made to be dust-free.
- 100% Natural: a natural, germ-free product.
- Healthy Coat: gets into dense fur and absorbs excess surface oils for a shiny, healthy coat.
- 1.9 kg Pack: enough for many baths.
Good To Know
- Put 2 to 3 cm of sand in a bath house or a heavy bowl and let your pet roll in it.
- Duvo+ recommend a daily bath. Take the bath away after about 15 minutes so it is not used as a toilet.
- Sieve out droppings and replace the sand regularly.
- Chinchillas and degus must never be bathed in water. Sand is how they clean their fur.
