Description
The Duvo+ Nylon Semi Choke Collar is a black nylon dog collar with a short chain section. When your dog pulls, the chain draws the collar a little tighter, then it loosens again as soon as the lead goes slack.
Key Features
- Limited Tightening: only the chain loop closes, so the collar tightens a set amount and no further, unlike a full choke chain.
- Nylon And Chain: a 25 mm wide nylon strap joined by a metal chain loop with a ring for the lead.
- Adjustable: a slider sets the size between 45 and 70 cm.
- Slips On: there is no buckle; it goes over the head and is then adjusted.
Good To Know
- Fit it so that when the chain is pulled tight, the two rings do not quite meet. It should not be able to slip over your dog's head when tight.
- Take it off when your dog is not on the lead, so the chain cannot catch on anything.
- It is a training aid for dogs that pull, not a punishment. Pair it with reward-based training.
- Not for puppies or for dogs with neck or breathing problems. Use a harness instead.
