FOFOS Sports Tennis Fetch Ball Dog Toy - 4 BALLS

The FOFOS Sports Tennis Fetch Ball Dog Toy is a straightforward felt-covered fetch ball, sold in twos or fours because the useful number of fetch balls in a house is never one.

Key Features

• Standard tennis-ball size and bounce, so it plays the way a dog expects
• Felt cover gives grip in the mouth and on wet grass
• Bright yellow, which is the easiest colour for you to find in long grass
• Choose a 2-ball or a 4-ball pack

Fetch Without The Wear

• Tennis-ball felt is mildly abrasive. A dog that carries one around all day, every day, can wear the tips of the teeth flat over years - this is well described in dogs that are obsessive about tennis balls
• Throwing and retrieving is not the problem. Leaving the ball down as a chew toy is. Take it in at the end of the session
• Never throw a ball for a dog to catch at full stretch coming towards you at speed. Roll it, or throw it low and to the side
• In UAE summer heat, keep outdoor play short and early or late in the day, and check the ground with the back of your hand before you walk on it

Good To Know

• A ball small enough to slip past the back teeth is a genuine choking risk for a large dog. Use a size the dog cannot get fully into the mouth
• Replace a ball once the felt is stripped or the rubber splits
• Supervise play and take the toy away once it starts to come apart. No dog toy is indestructible, and swallowed pieces can cause a blockage
