Two Size Series In One Range

The Place Soft Bed colourways do not all share the same measurements. Some run 45 / 55 / 65 cm long across small, medium and large; others run 55 / 65 / 75 cm. The dimensions for this colourway are listed above -- check them against your dog rather than assuming a size letter means the same thing across the range.

Choosing A Size

Measure your pet asleep in their favourite position, not standing, and add a few centimetres. A dog who sleeps stretched out needs a flat mat; one who curls up tightly is better off in a bolster or a hooded bed.

Good To Know

• This one is out of stock at the moment, so the page is here for reference while we wait on the next delivery.
• Wash the cover on a cool cycle and air dry it. Hot washes and tumble drying shrink the cover and flatten the filling, and a shrunken cover will not go back on.
• Wash bedding every week or two, more often for a dog with allergies or a skin condition. Bedding is where flea eggs and dust mites collect, so it matters more than most people expect.
• A bed is not a chew toy. Puppies and determined chewers will open a seam and swallow the filling, which is a genuine blockage risk, so supervise a new bed before you leave a pet alone with it.
• Fabric colours can look different on a screen than in a room. Ask us for a photo if the shade matters.
• Not a children's toy. Keep it with the pet's things.
