Description
M-PETS Dental Care Set with Whitening Toothpaste is the starter kit: a tube of M-PETS whitening toothpaste, a long double-ended brush and two silicone finger brushes, which between them cover every stage of teaching a dog to accept this.
Key Benefits
- A tube of M-PETS Whitening toothpaste
- One double-ended brush, large head at one end and small at the other
- Two silicone finger brushes
- Four icons on the card: for molars, for front teeth, for massage and for sensitive areas
- An orange Recommended by Dog Groomers badge on the card
Good To Know
- Start with a finger and a taste rather than a brush and a schedule. A week of letting the animal lick paste off your fingertip buys you years of painless brushing.
- Brushing is the only thing that reliably keeps plaque off, and it has to happen most days to count. Everything else in this aisle helps at the edges; none of it replaces that.
- Never use human toothpaste. Fluoride and xylitol are both dangerous to a dog, and the pet version is made to be swallowed because no animal spits.
- Look while you are in there. Red gums, a broken tooth, or breath that has suddenly got worse are vet jobs rather than brushing jobs, and the sooner the better.
