Why Some Dogs Are Fussy

Dogs judge food on smell first, then texture, then taste. A fussy dog is often one that is not getting what it wants on one of those three, and this formula uses top-quality proteins and selected ingredients for high palatability across all of them.

One honest point worth making: fussiness is often learned. A dog that refuses its bowl and is then offered something better soon learns that refusing works. Pick a food it likes and stick with it.

Feeding Guide

• Follow the feeding table on the pouch.
• Offer the meal for 20 minutes, then lift it. Avoid leaving food down all day.
• Serve at room temperature — it smells stronger, which matters to a fussy dog.
• Change over across 7 days. Always provide fresh water.

Please note: a dog that was a good eater and suddenly stops is not being fussy. Sudden loss of appetite can be dental pain or illness and needs a vet.

Storage

• Store unopened pouches in a cool, dry place. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
