Royal Canin Light Weight Care Dry Cat Food - 3KG

Royal Canin Light Weight Care is a dry food from the Feline Care Nutrition range for adult cats aged 1 to 7 years that gain weight easily.

Why a Light Food Needs More Protein

Cutting calories alone can make a cat lose muscle rather than fat — and a hungry cat is a persistent one. This formula keeps protein high to protect muscle, adds a fibre blend with psyllium to help your cat feel full, and includes L-carnitine, an amino acid involved in healthy fat metabolism.

Key Features

• Limits weight gain — Royal Canin reports up to 17% lower calorie intake without cats feeling hungry
• Maintains muscle mass — high protein content
• Reduces spontaneous eating — fibre blend including psyllium
• L-carnitine — supports fat metabolism

Feeding Guide

• Follow the feeding table on the pack for your cat's target weight, and weigh portions.
• Count treats in the daily total. Encourage daily play.
• Change over across 7 days: days 1–2 75% old, days 3–4 half and half, days 5–6 75% new, then 100%.
• Always provide fresh water.

Please note: for a cat that needs to lose a significant amount of weight, ask your vet for a plan — cats must never be starved to lose weight.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag after each use.

Available in 1.5kg, 3kg and 8kg. The full composition and analytical constituents are printed on the pack.
