Schesir Adult Wet Cat Food - 12 x 140 g - Tuna With Pilchards

Schesir Adult Wet Cat Food - 12 x 140 g is a wet food for adult cats in 140 g cans, with a choice of four recipes.

Key Features

• Four recipes to choose from: Chicken with shrimps, chicken fillets with rice, tuna with pilchards, or tuna with whitebait, selected above.
• 140 g cans, twelve of them: The large can and the large case, which is the sensible buy once your cat has settled on a recipe.
• One recipe contains rice: The chicken fillets with rice variant. So this listing is not grain-free across the board - the other three name no grain.
• 100% natural ingredients: The brand's claim, with no preservatives and no dyes.
• Steam-cooked and hand-processed: Which is why the fillets hold their shape rather than turning to paste.
• Cruelty-free, recyclable packaging: Both stated by the brand for this range.

Whether This Is A Complete Food Is Not Stated, So We Will Not Claim It

• Schesir does not call this recipe complete and balanced in its own copy, and we are not going to say it for them.
• That matters, because Schesir says it plainly when it applies - its Complete and Balanced line says so in the name - and says the opposite on its Complements line and on its soups. This listing says neither.
• A complementary food fed as a whole diet leaves a cat short, and a cat is less forgiving about that than a dog.
• Ask us and we will photograph the feeding panel on the actual pack before you order. If you want a wet food that is definitely a whole diet, Schesir's Complete and Balanced range says so on the tin.

What Schesir Claims For This Range, As Their Claim

• 100% natural ingredients, steam-cooked and hand-processed, with no added colourings, appetising additives or chemical preservatives.
• Hormone-free chicken, and 100% recyclable packaging.

Wet Food And Water, Which Counts For More Here

• A cat is bad at drinking. It evolved to take most of its water from what it caught, and in this climate a cat that runs slightly dry for years is a urinary problem waiting to happen.
• Wet food is water going in without the cat having to choose to drink it.

Good To Know

• Twelve 140 g cans is a real commitment. If your cat has not had the recipe you are choosing, ask us for a single can first - we would rather sell you one than have eleven go to waste.
• The same range is also listed here as a 4 x 140 g pack, though only in the chicken with shrimps recipe. Ask us and we will quote whichever works out cheaper.
• Serve at room temperature, cover an opened can and refrigerate it, and use it within a day or two. Cats refuse cold food and you will think they have gone off it. Do not leave wet food down for hours in a warm room.
• Ask us for the composition, the analysis and the feeding panel and we will photograph them. The feeding panel is the one that settles whether a food is a meal or something to feed alongside one.
