Description
Designed specifically for the needs of your reef system, SEACHEM Saltwater BUFFER is the ultimate solution for maintaining optimal pH levels. With our advanced formulation, you can effortlessly raise the pH of your reef aquarium to a stable 8.3, ensuring a thriving environment for your marine life.
Key Features:
- Precision pH Control: Safely raises pH to 8.3 without the risk of overshooting to dangerous levels.
- Dual Action: Increases carbonate alkalinity alongside pH, promoting stability in your reef ecosystem.
- Enhanced Stability: With a pK of 8.6, it provides greater pH stability, essential for systems with higher bioloads.
Directions for Use:
- Check the pH and alkalinity of your aquarium before application.
- Use 5g (1 level teaspoon) for every 150L (40 US gallons) to achieve a pH increase of about 0.1 units, which also raises alkalinity by approximately 0.5 meq/L.
- Dissolve the recommended amount in at least 250mL (one cup) of freshwater, then add it to your tank.
- For established reef systems, monitor pH regularly, as adjustments may be needed biweekly to semiweekly.
Ensure the health and vibrancy of your reef aquarium with SEACHEM Saltwater BUFFER. Ideal for all reef enthusiasts, it promotes a stable and nurturing environment for your aquatic life.
