Changing Over To It

• Move across over six to eight days, mixing a little more of the new food in each day. ZIWI advise the same, and a sudden jump to this much meat upsets most animals.
• Expect smaller, firmer stools once they are settled on it. That is the low carbohydrate load doing what it does, not a problem to fix.

Good To Know

• An opened tin keeps covered in the fridge for a day or two. Let it warm up before serving rather than feeding it cold.
• The two tin sizes do not carry quite the same list - venison is only in the 390 g. Ask us which size works out cheaper per gram for the amount you actually feed.
