Zolux Original Nature Deer Antler Easy Dog Chew, Under 10 kg

Zolux Original Nature Deer Antler Easy Dog Chew is a shed deer antler, sawn to length and split lengthways so the soft marrow inside is open along one whole face.

Key Benefits

• Split down its length, which is what Easy means here: the marrow is reachable from the first minute instead of being sealed inside
• The gentler of the two grades, for a dog that settles down with a chew rather than attacking it
• 40 to 70 g and 14 to 16 cm, sized for a dog under 10 kg
• Ends and edges sanded, so nothing comes out of the packet sharp
• Guaranteed wild antler casting, says the tag: European deer shed their antlers every year and these are gathered off the ground afterwards. Nothing is killed to make one.
• One ingredient and no second one. No preservative, no colouring, no added flavour, nothing sprayed on.

Good To Know

• Each one is a piece of a wild animal's antler, so the shade, the bend and where it sits in the stated range all differ from the photograph. Yours will not be the one pictured.
• Stay in the room. The moment it is chewed down small enough to go in whole, take it off the dog and throw it out - that is the point at which a good chew becomes a choking risk.
• Start short. Fifteen minutes, then put it away, for the first few goes - the marrow is concentrated stuff and a dog that empties one in a sitting may tell you about it later.
• Zolux say the scraping leaves teeth cleaner. Take it as a side effect worth having rather than a reason to skip brushing or the yearly look in the mouth.
• Zolux give it five years on the shelf. Dry and out of the sun is all it asks for; no fridge, no wrapping.
