Good To Know

• Leave the carrier out at home with a blanket inside so it isn't only ever associated with vet trips.
• Never leave a cat in a carrier in a parked car. A car heats up within minutes, and in UAE temperatures that is dangerous fast.
• Always strap the carrier in with a seatbelt. A loose carrier becomes a projectile in a sudden stop.
• Your cat should be able to stand up, turn round and lie flat inside. Airlines set their own carrier rules, so check with the airline before flying.
• Wash it out with warm soapy water after any accident.
