Description
The Catit Design Senses Scratch Pad is an extra-thick flat cardboard scratch pad with cutouts you can hide catnip or treats in.
Key Features
- Extra-thick corrugated cardboard, so it lasts longer than a thin pad
- Cutouts let you hide catnip or treats, which keeps a cat coming back to it
- Catnip included
- Flat shape suits cats that scratch horizontally rather than up a post
- Sits flat on the floor or slots into the Catit Design Senses circuit range
Good To Know
- Put a scratcher where your cat already scratches, not where it suits the room. Moving it later rarely works.
- Cats scratch to stretch and to mark, so most homes need more than one surface - an upright and a flat one.
- Replace the surface once it is shredded rather than leaving loose strands a claw can catch in.
- A cat that suddenly starts scratching furniture is often stressed or sore. If it comes on out of nowhere, mention it to your vet.
