The Dayang Pet Carrier is a two-piece hard plastic carrier with a wire door and ventilation slots down both sides, in three sizes.

Good To Know

• Leave the carrier out at home with the door open and treats inside for a week or two before you need it. An animal that only sees the carrier on vet days learns to run from it.
• Check the door latch and the bolts joining the two halves before every journey, and strap it in with a seat belt rather than leaving it loose in the car.
• Never leave an animal in a carrier in a parked car, even briefly and even with the windows open.
• Airlines each set their own rules on carrier size, material and ventilation, and they change them. Check with your airline and get it confirmed in writing before you fly rather than assuming any carrier is accepted.
• Size it so the animal can stand and turn round. A carrier that is too big is worse than one that is slightly snug, because there is nothing to brace against when the car moves.
