Good To Know
- Fans cool by evaporation, so you will need to top up with dechlorinated or RO water more often — top up with fresh water, not salt water, in marine tanks.
- Cooling is strongest in dry air; results are smaller in humid rooms.
- In a UAE summer an unshaded room can push tank water above 30 °C — watch the temperature closely in small tanks.
- Keep the fan out of splash range and mount it firmly so it can't fall in.
