Description
The Fluval Filter Lid O-Ring is the large rubber sealing ring between the lid and the canister of Fluval FX4, FX5 and FX6 external filters. A worn ring is the usual cause of a leaking lid.

Good To Know
- Replace it if it looks flattened, cracked or stretched, or if the lid seeps water after a clean.
- Wipe the sealing surfaces clean and coat the new ring lightly with silicone lubricant, such as Fluval Silicone Lubricant, before fitting.
- Unplug the filter and close the hose valves before opening the canister.
