The Fluval PH-2000 Circulation Pump for FLEX 123L Aquarium is the genuine replacement circulation pump for the 123 litre Fluval FLEX — the larger pump the big Flex uses, and not interchangeable with the WP1500 in the smaller tanks.

Fitting It

  • Unplug anything electrical before putting your hands in the tank
  • Note which way the outlet faced before removing the hose
  • Try the impeller first. A slow pump is usually a fouled impeller, not a dead motor, and the impeller is sold separately
  • Make sure the rear chamber is full before switching on
  • Check the flow at the nozzles before closing the cover

  • The PH-2000 is for the 123 L Flex only. The 34 L and 57 L use the WP1500
  • Replacing the impeller is much cheaper than replacing the pump and fixes most flow problems
