Description
The Lupine Pet Reflective Safety Cat Collar is a 1/2 inch wide woven nylon cat collar with reflective thread in its diamond design and a breakaway buckle that comes apart if the collar gets caught. It is made by LupinePet in New Hampshire, USA.
Key Features
- Reflective Thread: woven into the design, not printed on, so it will not scratch or peel off, and it helps your cat show up in headlights.
- Breakaway Safety Buckle: a YKK buckle designed with LupinePet to release at about 5 lb (around 2.3 kg) of pull, so a cat caught on something can pull free.
- Adjustable: fits necks from 8 to 12 in (about 20 to 30 cm).
- Steel D-Ring: a light, rust resistant ring for an ID tag.
- Washable: soft woven nylon that can be washed by hand or in the machine.

Good To Know
- It is an ID collar only. Never clip a leash or tie-out to it - the buckle is made to open under pull.
- The design reflects light. It does not glow or light up by itself.
- Leave room for two fingers under the collar once it is done up.
- Check the fit and the webbing often. LupinePet notes that scratching can fray the collar and make it tighter.
- Because the buckle is meant to come off, keep your cat microchipped as well, in case the collar is lost.
