M-PETS Viaggio Carrier, Black and Grey L - 81.3 x 56 x 58.5 cm

M-PETS Viaggio Carrier is the black and grey L in the M-PETS Viaggio range of hard carriers - 81.3 x 56 x 58.5 cm, with a black base, a grey lid and a black wire door.

Key Features

• 81.3 x 56 x 58.5 cm, the fourth of the five Viaggio sizes
• A wire grid door, which is what separates a Viaggio from the slat-doored Giro in the same range
• Vented down both sides and across the top
• Carry handle moulded into the lid
• The lid comes off the base, so the whole thing opens up for cleaning
• M-PETS is a Belgian brand - the address on the carton is Place du Luxembourg 1, Braine-l'Alleud

Good To Know

• Measure the animal, not the bag. It needs to stand, turn and lie down inside, and the carrier should take the weight given on the label with room to spare.
• A carrier on a car seat goes behind a seatbelt through the handle or the strap slots, not loose in the footwell. An unsecured carrier is a projectile in a stop.
• Airline rules are the airline's, not the maker's. Cabin and hold requirements differ by carrier and by route, and they change - check with the airline before you buy for a flight, whatever icons are on the box.
• Leave it open at home with a blanket in it for a week before the first trip. An animal that only sees the carrier on vet days learns exactly what it means.
