Whimzees Occupy Antler Dental Dog Treats - Small (24pc)

Whimzees Occupy Antler Dental Dog Treats is Whimzees' longest-lasting shape — a moulded antler of potato starch and plant fibre, flavoured with chamomile extract, made to keep a dog busy rather than to be finished in a minute.

Key Benefits

• Built as an occupier. The antler shape has a hollow base and a fluted stem that make it awkward to crack, so the chew stretches out.
• Flavoured with natural chamomile extract at 0.20% — the only shape in the range that uses it.
• No rawhide and no meat: the whole chew is potato starch, plant fibre and glycerin.
• Whimzees' claim is that it reduces plaque and tartar, supports gum health and freshens breath when given daily.
• Contains added calcium carbonate.

Which Size

• Pick the size by your dog's weight, not by how much they like to chew — an undersized chew is a choking risk and an oversized one is simply too many calories.
• Small — for dogs 7–12 kg. 24 chews per bag, about 48 kcal each.
• Medium — for dogs 12–18 kg. 12 chews per bag, about 96 kcal each.
• Large — for dogs 18–27 kg. 6 chews per bag, about 192 kcal each.
• Every size is the same 360 g bag. The size changes how big each antler is, not how much you get.

Good To Know

• One chew is the whole daily serving. It is a treat, not a meal — count it towards the day's calories and take a little off the food bowl if your dog gains weight easily.
• Whimzees' own warning, worth repeating: swallowing any piece without chewing it properly can be harmful or even fatal. Stay in the room, and take away the last stub if your dog tries to gulp it.
• A daily chew works between brushes — it does not replace brushing or a dental check. If your dog's breath changes suddenly, or the gums look red, sore or bleed, that is a vet visit, not a chew.
• Keep the pack sealed and out of the sun. These are starch chews and a hot car or a sunny shelf will soften them — worth knowing through a UAE summer.
• Made in Holland.
