Purina Pro Plan Derma Care Salmon Dry Cat Food - 1.5KG

PURINA PRO PLAN Derma Care with OPTIDERMA is a complete dry food for adult cats whose skin and coat need support. Salmon is the first ingredient at 15%, chosen because it is naturally rich in the omega fatty acids that keep a skin barrier intact.

The omega ratio is the point of this food: 0.6% omega-3 and 2.0% omega-6, considerably above a standard adult cat food. Alongside that, 5.5% fibre is the highest in the Pro Plan dry cat range, which helps hairballs pass through rather than come back up. In a cat that grooms constantly because its skin is irritated, those two things work together.

• Skin and coat changes take several weeks to show. Give the diet around 8 weeks before judging whether it is working.
• Keep fresh drinking water available at all times.
• When switching from another food, transition gradually over about 7 days.
