Description
The Catit Replacement Carbon Filters 2 Pack holds two carbon-impregnated polyester filter inserts for the vent of a hooded litter box.
Key Features
- Carbon-impregnated polyester, which traps odours in the air passing through the vent
- Large active surface area for the size of the pad
- Two filters per pack
How To Use
- Lift the vent cover on the lid of your hooded litter box, take out the old filter and drop the new one in.
- Change it roughly every month, or sooner if you can smell the tray.
Good To Know
- A filter reduces smell, it doesn't replace daily scooping or a full litter change.
- Check the filter size against your litter box before ordering - these are made for Catit hooded pans.
- A tray that smells strongly of ammonia within a day or two usually means it needs changing more often, or that a cat's urine has changed - worth a vet check.
