Description
The Hobby Terra Check is a digital thermometer and hygrometer for terrariums that shows temperature and humidity on one large display and flashes when either goes outside the range you set.
Key Features
- Visual Alarm: set your target temperature and humidity, and the display flashes when the reading drifts away from them.
- Accurate: measures to about +/- 0.5 °C and +/- 3 % relative humidity.
- Wide Range: reads 0-80 °C and 10-95 % humidity, and updates every 10 seconds.
- 3-Way Mounting: a suction cup lets you fit it in different positions in the terrarium.
- Memory Chip: keeps your alarm settings if the battery runs out.
Size
- About 30 x 90 x 50 mm
Good To Know
- Alarm setting range: 10-55 °C and 20-95 % humidity.
- Runs on an LR1130 button cell.
- Mount it at the height your animal spends most time, not right under the heat lamp.
- In a UAE summer a terrarium near a window can overheat fast, so check readings in the afternoon.
