Description
Aquafin Turtle Stick is a stick food formulated for aquatic turtles, fortified with vitamins and minerals to support healthy growth, shell condition and immune function. The sticks sink, which suits turtles that take food below the surface rather than picking it off the top.
Key Benefits
- Formulated for all types of aquatic turtle.
- Fortified with vitamins and minerals supporting growth and immune health.
- Easy to digest, reducing waste in the water.
- Sinking stick format that holds together while the turtle feeds.
How to Feed
Feed once daily, offering only what the turtle finishes in a few minutes, and remove anything left. Turtles are messy feeders and uneaten food fouls water fast, so many keepers feed in a separate container to keep the main tank clean. Provide a varied diet alongside the sticks and keep the tub sealed, cool and dry.
Good To Know
- The tub is Aquafin number 8 in the range.
- Printed on the pack as sinking type, so the sticks drop through the water rather than staying at the surface.
- Sold in 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 litre tubs.
- Turtles also need calcium and UVB light; no food replaces either.
