M-PETS Snake Basket, Rectangular Pet Bed - M

M-PETS Snake Basket is a rectangular bed in textured white and grey synthetic fur, with low bolstered walls on all four sides and a flat sleeping panel in the middle.

Key Features

• 55 x 42 cm on the outside. The flat panel inside the bolster is smaller than that again.
• Despite the name it is a rectangle and not a round basket, so it sits into a corner or along a wall the way a round bed cannot.
• Ultra-soft synthetic fur over the whole bed, with a dark base underneath it.
• The walls are low and soft, so there is nothing for a small or elderly animal to climb over.
• The S is 40 x 37 cm if this one is the wrong size.

Good To Know

• Every figure a bed is sold on is the outside of it. The padded wall eats several centimetres a side, so measure the animal curled up the way it actually sleeps and then allow for the wall.
• There is no wash code on it and no zip in the photographs, so treat it as a sponge-and-air bed. A washable fleece folded into the bottom is what makes one of these last.
• Low walls are the compromise between a mattress and a basket. There is an edge to rest a chin on, and nothing to step over.
• 55 cm sounds generous and is not. It is the outside of the bed, and a dog that lies out straight needs a mattress rather than a bigger basket.
