Sera Silicate Clear is a filter medium for marine aquariums that binds silicate permanently, to keep down the brown diatom algae that silicate feeds.

Good To Know

• Rinse briefly under running water before use.
• Place it in the filter or anywhere with good water flow through it.
• Test silicate regularly. When the level starts to rise again, replace the medium.
• Using reverse osmosis water for top-ups and new salt water keeps silicate low from the start.
