Farmina N&D Prime Chicken & Pomegranate Wet Cat Food - 6 x 70g

The Farmina N&D Prime Chicken & Pomegranate Wet Cat Food is a complete grain-free wet food for adult cats built almost entirely from chicken — 45% chicken fillet plus chicken drumstick, with pomegranate at 4%.

Key Features

• Chicken fillet (45%) and chicken drumstick make up the meat content, with pomegranate at 4%
• Analytical constituents: 75% moisture, 14% protein, 4.2% fat, 0.7% fibre, 2.5% ash
• Fish oil and animal fat for essential fatty acids, plus fructo-oligosaccharides for the gut
• Added taurine and L-carnitine, with glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate
• A complete food, so it can be fed on its own rather than only as a topper
• Made by Farmina, an Italian pet-food company based at Nola, near Naples

Feeding

• Can be served as a complete meal, or on top of dry food — cut the dry portion back to match, otherwise you are simply adding calories
• Serve at room temperature. Straight from the fridge, most cats will turn it down
• Always leave fresh, clean drinking water available

Storage

• Unopened cans keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 48 hours

Good To Know

• Wet food is the simplest way to get more water into a cat, which matters for kidney and urinary health
• At 75% moisture, a 70 g can is a small amount of actual food. A cat fed wet food alone needs several cans a day — check the feeding guide before assuming a six-pack will last a week
• The wet recipe is chicken and pomegranate only. Unlike the dry version of the same name, it contains no herring or egg
• Do not leave wet food sitting in the bowl for hours in UAE heat. Take up whatever is not eaten within about half an hour
• The full composition is printed on the can
