Description
JBL Double Stopcock with Quick Coupling is a pair of shut-off taps joined by a quick-release coupling, for 12/16 mm aquarium hose. Close both taps, undo the coupling, and your filter comes away from the tank for cleaning without draining the hoses.
Key Features
- Easy Filter Cleaning: the hoses stay full on both sides, so the filter restarts easily afterwards.
- Full Flow: built so it does not reduce the flow of your filter or other equipment.
- Quality Ball Valves: fitted with high-quality ball valves.
- Secure Hose Fit: hose locking nuts at both ends, and it stays rotatable once assembled.
Size
- 12/16 mm - for hose with 12 mm inside and 16 mm outside diameter
Good To Know
- Use it only with 12/16 mm hose. JBL advise against reducing to another hose size, which can cause leaks.
- It is not designed for tap water pressure, so don't use it on a hose from the tap.
- Close both taps before you undo the coupling, and keep a towel underneath for the last few drops.
