Description
The Sera Marin Protein Skimmer PS 200 is a compact protein skimmer that hangs inside a marine aquarium, for smaller and nano reef tanks.
Key Features
- Removes Protein And Particles: skims out protein waste from fish, invertebrates and micro-organisms, plus fine floating matter.
- Built-In Pump: an energy-saving dispergator pump in the housing draws in air by itself and mixes it with tank water.
- Fits Inside The Tank: attaches to the inside of the aquarium with a holder bracket that adjusts in height.
- Adjustable: air and water flow are easy to set.
- Spare Parts Available: the flotate cup with cover, rotor, shaft and air intake nozzle are sold separately.
Good To Know
- Empty and rinse the collection cup regularly.
- Set the height so the foam rises steadily into the cup without overflowing.
- Give a new skimmer a few days to run in before judging its output.
- Unplug it before taking it apart for cleaning.
