The Exo Terra Tree Frog Terrarium is a full glass amphibian habitat designed by European herpetologists, built for bioactive planted setups β and 15 cm taller than the Dart Frog version.
Tree frogs and reed frogs are arboreal. They spend their days pressed against leaves and branches well above the ground and come down only to feed or breed. Floor space does very little for them; vertical space is what they use. The 60 cm height here takes tall plants, cork bark and branch work that a 45 cm enclosure cannot.
The built-in drain. Humid setups accumulate water β from misting, from a water feature, from condensation β and water sitting in the base goes anaerobic and sour. A tap valve in the floor means you can draw excess water off in seconds instead of dismantling a planted terrarium.
The patented dual ventilation system. A glass panel at the front and a stainless steel strip at the back create a natural upward airflow that keeps the door clear of condensation even in high humidity, while venting excess heat through the top mesh.
