Good To Know
- Keep treats under about 10% of the daily diet — two or three times a week is a sensible rhythm
- Seed and nut sticks are considerably richer than hay — for rabbits and guinea pigs these are an occasional extra, not a weekly fixture
- Contains peanut; avoid if your pet is on a low-fat diet on veterinary advice
- Overfeeding treats causes weight gain. If your pet goes off its main food, stop the treats until it is eating normally again
- This is a treat, not a diet — it does not replace a balanced staple food
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Always leave fresh, clean drinking water available
