Description
The Exotic Nutrition Agave Nectar Sticks are eight sealed straws of organic agave nectar, for hand-feeding or drizzling over food.
Key Features
- Organic Jalisco agave nectar, sweeter than sugar with a lower glycaemic index
- Eight straws, each holding roughly a teaspoon
- Snip the end and squeeze — no decanting, no waste
- Hand-feeding a straw is a good way to build trust with a nervous glider
- No preservatives
Good To Know
- Keep treats under about 10% of the daily diet — two or three times a week is a sensible rhythm
- This is pure sugar — a lick, not a meal. Drizzle a little over food rather than letting a pet empty a straw
- Don't leave a pet unsupervised with a straw; they will chew through the plastic
- Overfeeding treats causes weight gain. If your pet goes off its main food, stop the treats until it is eating normally again
- This is a treat, not a diet — it does not replace a balanced staple food
- Store in a cool, dry place
