Description
The Exotic Nutrition Monkey Biscuits are crunchy fortified biscuits formulated for primates, and widely used as a protein element for sugar gliders, squirrels and prairie dogs.
Key Features
- Fortified biscuit formulated for New World and Old World primates
- Crunchy texture that gives continuously growing teeth something to work against
- Also fed to sugar gliders, prairie dogs, squirrels, parrots, rats and turtles
- Particularly useful for young prairie dogs alongside a high-fibre pellet
- 3 lb (1.36 kg)
Feeding
- Soak in water or apple juice to soften if your animal prefers it that way
- Feed as part of a varied diet rather than the whole of it
Good To Know
- Primates are not pets in most jurisdictions and their care is specialist. Check your local law before ordering for a primate
- For gliders and rodents these are a protein supplement, not a complete diet
- Once opened, keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place; refrigerating it keeps the vitamins in condition for longer
- Always leave fresh, clean drinking water available
