Description
The Aqua Medic CO2 set professional is a complete CO2 system for planted aquariums, with a pH computer that switches the CO2 supply on and off to hold the pH you set.
Key Features
- Full Kit: a 350 g steel CO2 bottle, pressure regulator, bubble counter, CO2 reactor M with its own pump, and an M-ventil solenoid valve.
- pH Controlled: a pH computer with electrode, holder and test fluids measures the water and controls the CO2 dose.
- Good Dissolving: the CO2 reactor M dissolves large volumes of CO2 into the water.
- Ready To Connect: CO2 hose and a non-return valve are included.
Good To Know
- The bottle comes empty and needs filling with CO2 before use.
- Calibrate the pH electrode with the supplied test fluids before first use, and again from time to time.
- Start with a low CO2 rate and watch the fish for the first days. Fish gasping at the surface is a sign of too much CO2.
- Switch the CO2 off at night through the controller or a timer, when plants are not using it.
